Icons of England

Thanks to a witch of a certain hue, I am onto this subject.

As I am from Newcastle Upon Tyne most people would think that I would say the Angel of the North. But no sir!

As I live in Cambridge, I would say the Mathematical Bridge. Wonderful piece of engineering. When it was first erected it didn't require bolts to keep it in place. Don't you know?

How about the used sharps and profilactics on the beach, the mighty Easy St. on south parade, greggs.. GREGGS!!!,the river of kebeb and burger remains mingling poetically with the congealing vomit on the morning after any bank holiday monday, the fantastic efforts of north tyneside council i.e. the magnificent christmas 'tree' on whitley road, the occasional dead pigeon/cat/dog/charver on the metro lines? And of course who could forget our very own JOHNNY DECKER?? You've a lot to answer for Briggs, get your fat ass back up here so I can kick it good!!
